Bud Light Sensation ‘Innerspace’ in the brand new Videotron Centre, Quebec City is this Friday and we have compiled a list of guidelines and regulations with regard to the event. It is everything you need to know about Bud Light Sensation. Please make sure that you are fully aware of the following information to ensure a pleasant experience.

The minimum age for Bud Light Sensation is 18 years.

FALSE TICKETS
Please be aware of ticket pirating. Because of the popularity of the event the organization would like to warn you that we can't guarantee the validity of tickets if they were not purchased through the official ticket suppliers.
If your ticket is not valid, you will not be allowed into the venue and there will be no refund.
TICKETS
Tickets will be available for purchase at the venue at the box office from 10:00 AM – 2:00 AM. The online ticket sale stops at 2:00 AM. Subject to availability. If available you can upgrade your Stand tickets at the box office to Floor tickets.*
* The Box Office may close early due to low customer traffic.
DRESS CODE ‘Be part of the night - dress in white’
Dress in ALL WHITE. The white dress code means that your top and bottom need to be white. Be sure to wear white shirts and white trousers.

COAT CHECK
Coat check is available inside the venue. One floor up, east side. Costs: 3$ per person.
FLOOR TICKETS – ENTRANCE WEST
Wristbands will be provided to Floor ticket holders upon entrance West and are required at all times for access to the dance floor. Once inside the venue, follow directional signage for access to the dance floor or see Videotron Centre event staff. Floor ticket holders have access to the stands as well.
STAND TICKETS – ENTRANCE EAST
Once inside the venue, follow directional signage for access to the stands or see Videotron Centre event staff. Stand ticket holders have NO access to the dance floor. There is no assigned seating. You can walk and dance around. Hawkers will be serving drinks.
PLATINUM TICKETS – ENTRANCE VIP/LOGE (East side)
Follow the Bud Light Sensation tunnel to enter the Platinum entrance. Wristbands will be provided to Platinum ticket holders upon entrance and are required at all times for access to the Platinum lounge. There is a complimentary coat check located in the Platinum lounge. Once inside the venue, follow directional signage for access to the Platinum area or see Videotron Centre event staff.
PAYMENT IN THE VIDEOTRON CENTRE
The purchase of food and beverages can be done with cash and credit card. There are several ATMs available inside the venue.
ALCOHOL POLICY
Alcohol will be served until 3:00am. Guests may not bring or leave Videotron Centre with any alcohol. Alcoholic beverages can only be purchased from authorized vendors once inside the facility. Upon purchase, guests must produce valid photo identification if requested for proof of age. People are allowed to buy 4 alcohol beverages maximum.
SMOKING AREA
There are 2 smoking areas during Bud Light Sensation. Follow the signs.
It’s strictly prohibited to smoke inside the venue.
FOOD & DRINKS
You cannot bring your own beverage to the event, but a food and beverage selection is sold at the event. Please make sure that you and your friends stay hydrated during the event. It is a long night.
TOILETS
The toilets are located around the concourse and on the floor level. The toilets are free of charge.
DRUG POLICY
Any use of all means of narcotics is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, be it soft, hard or controlled drugs. Bud Light Sensation takes pride in its positive image globally and we maintain rigid co-operation with local authorities. There will be undercover police officers patrolling the parameters for the duration of the event. We will report ANY illegal behaviour to the authorities with NO EXCEPTION.
LOST & FOUND
In case of lost items, you can go to the Guest Services which will be located at the escalator west side, room number 03.21.02.

Driving from East or West on Highway 40, take Highway 175 and then the exit for Soumande Street and follow signs to the Videotron Centre. You can also reach the l’ExpoCité site and the Centre from the east by using the entrance located on du Colisée Pepsi Avenue.

There are 4,755 parking spaces available to our visitors. The price of parking for this event is $ 10 and only cash is accepted.

Conveniently located at the ExpoCité site, the Videotron Centre is easily accessible by public transport.
