The Videotron Centre has been designed to allow full access to wheelchairs and visitors with reduced mobility. Ramps and elevators are situated around the building for your convenience and comfort.

Wheelchair-accessible places are located on different levels of the amphitheater depending on the type of event and its location. The arena has 26 seats for visitors and 26 for accompanying visitors on the lower levels, as well as 28 seats for visitors and 28 for accompanying visitors on the upper levels, all with universal access. These seats are positioned to allow for secure entry and exit.

RTC Métrobus routes 801 and 802 provide service to the Videotron Centre and are wheelchair accessible. Stops near the Centre are laid out to make it easy to get on and off buses. For persons with reduced mobility, RTC shuttles provide service to right near the entrance. Please note that these shuttles are not yet wheelchair accessible. To plan your trip (schedule, accessible stops, etc.), visit the RTC or contact Customer Service at 418-627-2511. You can also look under the Accessibility tab.

Wheelchairs are available to you free of charge at the information booth (3rd floor, behind sections 103-104) and the VIP counter (VIP entrance). The wheelchair will be returned in the same condition as at the ready and in one place.
