Montreal Canadiens vs Pittsburgh Penguins

For the Canadiens, it will be the sixth visit to Quebec City for a preseason game dating back to 2009. Hockey fans in attendance will get to see the team of head coach Michel Therrien, featuring a combination of seasoned veterans and up and coming stars who will be part of the 2015-16 edition. Hockey fans on hand will also get the opportunity to see Pittsburgh’s all-star players.

This match-up will be the fourth preseason meeting between the two teams, after the back-to-back tilts in 2007-08 and the encounter in 2009-10. Both teams ended the 2014-15 season with over 95 points ranking them among the top 12 teams in the NHL.
