Ottawa Senators to play two preseason games in Québec City in 2025

Field hockey fever grips Quebec City! The Ottawa Senators organization will take up residence at the Videotron Centre for two preparatory games as part of the final stage of their training camp. The National Hockey League (NHL) team will play the New Jersey Devils on September 28, then the Montreal Canadiens on September 30, 2025. 

Here is an overview of the activities planned for the program:

Friday, September 26

To be confirmed: Visit by former Senators to the Centre mère-enfant Soleil at the CHU de Québec to support sick children and their families.

Saturday, September 27 

9:40 a.m.: Players arrive on the red carpet at the Videotron Centre 

(Main lobby of the Videotron Centre – open to the public free of charge)

Noon: Senators practice – open to the public free of charge

2:00 p.m.: Senators players visit La Bouchée généreuse

2:30 p.m.: Autograph session – location to be determined

Sunday, September 28

11:00 a.m.: Fan Festival on Place Jean-Béliveau – open to the public free of charge

3:00 p.m.: Game – Ottawa Senators vs. New Jersey Devils

Monday, September 29

8:30 a.m.: Thomas Chabot and the Senators arrive in his hometown – location to be determined

Noon: Senators practice – open to the public free of charge

Tuesday, September 30

To be determined: Community activity 

7 p.m.: Game – Ottawa Senators vs. Montreal Canadiens
