Our entire team is looking forward to welcoming you to the 2021 Quebec Major Junior Hockey League President Cup Final. Please note the following information before coming to the Videotron Centre.

 

COVID-19 - IMPORTANT INFORMATION

·      All spectators aged 10 or over must wear a procedure mask at all times

·      Keep a physical distance of 2 meters at all times

·      No gatherings are permitted on site

·      There are handwashing stations at the entrances, along the corridors and in the bathrooms

·      Spectators may not move from one section to another

·      The concession stands will be closed. Bottled water, soft drinks, popcorn and candy will be available from walking vendors. Spectators will be asked not to speak while drinking or eating, and to put their mask on again, covering nose and mouth, as soon as they’re finished

·      Contactless payment only (credit or debit card)

·      The elevators are reserved exclusively for people with reduced mobility

·      All other spectators must take the stairs to reach their seats

·      There will be access to the toilets in each quadrant

·      No readmission

·      No bags allowed

·      No locker room or lockers on site

·      No refunds

 

Ticket information

·      Buying tickets

-       You can reserve a block of seats with family members, friends and/or people who you know are not infected with COVID-19 and haven’t been in contact with anyone who is infected with COVID-19. Please act responsibly to keep everyone safe and healthy.

-       Tickets sold in blocks of 1 to 4 seats

 

·      Electronic tickets

-       All the tickets issued will be electronic

-       All tickets will be read without contact

 

·      Reduced-capacity seating plan

-       The capacity of the Videotron Centre will be reduced to a maximum of 2,500 spectators

-       Each assigned seat will be marked with a sticker; spectators must take their assigned seat and stay there throughout the game

-       Seating assignments will be enforced by customer service officers and security

 

·      Refund policy

-        No refunds

 

Things to know before arriving at the Videotron Centre 

If you are experiencing COVID-type symptoms, have been exposed to COVID-19, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days, or are awaiting a test result, please stay home.

For an optimal experience, please note the information below before coming to the Videotron Centre for a game.

 

Pre-arrival screening

Before coming to the Videotron Centre, fill out the government health questionnaire.

 

Go to your assigned entrance
Spectators will be assigned one of 9 entrances, based on their quadrant (two entrances per quadrant). The information will be on your ticket.

-       Quadrant A 100 – Facing intersection of Soumande and Avenue du Colisée, door 22 (sections 112-113, 114, 115 and 116)

-       Quadrant A 200 – Facing intersection of Soumande and Avenue du Colisée, door 21 (sections 217, 218, 219, 220, 221, 222, 223, 224 seats 1 to 14, 317, 318, 319, 320, 321, 322, 323, 324 seats 1 to 14)

-       Quadrant B 100 – Facing intersection of Avenue du Colisée and Hamel, door 2 (sections 117, 118, 119, 120, 121, 101 seats 1 to 12)

-       Quadrant B 200 – Facing intersection of Avenue du Colisée and Hamel, door 3 (sections 224 seats 15 to 24, 225, 226, 227, 228, 229, 230, 201, 324 seats 15 to 24, 325, 326, 327, 328, 329, 330, 301)

-       Quadrant C 100  – Facing intersection of Hamel and Autoroute Laurentienne, door 10 (sections 101 seats 13 to 20, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106)

-       Quadrant C 200  – Facing intersection of Hamel and Autoroute Laurentienne, door 11 (sections 202, 203, 204, 205, 206, 207, 208, 209 seats 1 to 14, 302, 303, 304, 305, 306, 307, 308, 309 seats 1 to 14)

-       Quadrant D100  – Facing intersection of Autoroute Laurentienne and Soumande, door 14 (sections 107, 108, 109, 110, 111)

-       Quadrant D 200  – Facing intersection of Autoroute Laurentienne and Soumande, door 15 (sections 209 seats 15 to 24, 210, 211, 212, 213, 214, 215, 216, 309 seats 15 to 24, 310, 311, 312, 313, 314, 315, 316)

-       Separate entrance for box seats – door 4, near Grand Marché

Doors open 90 minutes before the game.

 

A procedure mask must be worn at all times

-       Procedure masks will be available for spectators at the arena

-       All spectators aged 10 and over will be required to wear a mask

 

No bags allowed

-       No bags of any kind will be allowed except for handbags not exceeding 10'' x 8'' x 6''

-       No coat check service

 

Parking

-       Paid parking available

-       No motorcycle helmets inside the building

 

Souvenir shop and concessions closed

-       Except for walking vendors selling bottled water, soft drinks, popcorn and candy only

 

Contactless payment only

-       Purchases of bottled water can be made only with a credit or debit card

-       The ATMs will be closed

 

Toilets

-       Men's and women's washrooms in each quadrant

-       Frequent cleaning while spectators are present

You release and hold harmless Quebecor Sports and Entertainmentt, the Videotron Centre, their officers, employees, representatives, directors, related companies, promoters, partners and sponsors from any and all liability, and you waive any and all claims and proceedings of any nature whatsoever against them, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Zero tolerance policy

Your cooperation is essential in order to provide you with an entertainment environment entailing minimal potential health and safety risks under the extraordinary circumstances we are experiencing. To this end, all ticket holders to events at the Videotron Centre are required to comply with the applicable health measures and rules, which they will receive by e-mail prior to the event, and which are also posted on this website, available upon request from our customer service department at 1 844-267-4472 and posted at the Videotron Centre. Strict compliance with these measures and rules is everyone's business. In preparation for your upcoming visit, please read the following health measures and rules, which will apply during your visit. By entering the Videotron Centre, you confirm that you accept them and agree to abide by them. Any violation may result in the penalties described on your event ticket, including immediate expulsion.
